Retirement of Non-Executive Director
(London – 20 December 2007) International Power announces
the retirement of Mr Adri Baan (65) from the Board with effect from
31 December 2007.
Adri Baan became a Non-Executive Director of the Company in June
2002 and has chaired the Remuneration Committee since 2003. He was
previously CEO of Philips Consumer Electronics and a Member of the
Board of Management of Royal Philips Electronics.
Sir Neville Simms, Chairman of International Power said "On

contribution over the last five and a half years and wish him well
for the future."
