Valley Power, Australia
(London – 7 July 2005) As agreed with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at the time of the Edison Mission Energy acquisition, International Power and Mitsui & Co, Ltd (IPM) announce their intention to divest IPM’s 60% interest in Valley Power. Valley power is a 300 MW peaking plant in Victoria, Australia.
