Direct Dividend Payments

International Power operates a service that pays dividends automatically into shareholders' bank or building society accounts. This service gives shareholders a number of benefits including: avoiding the risk of loss in the post, and cash is available immediately upon receipt in your account on date of payment with no need to wait for a cheque to clear.

If you would like to register for this service, please complete the Direct Dividend Payment Form (PDF format, 72 KB) and return it to Equiniti Limited.

A new system was introduced in 2008 for those shareholders receiving direct dividend payments. Following this, single consolidated tax vouchers are now issued at the end of each tax year, in time for the preparation of self-assessment tax returns.
